Below are some tabs with a few hotel properties we have illustratrated. Some of the styles are for city centre hotels where we illustrate a facade view and a complementing floorplan. Other illustrations we produce are for resort properties, called 'birds eye view' illustrations, where there are several buildings and they sometime show typographical features such as lakes, rivers or mountains.

This is a property map that we illustrated for the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. Usually, if a property has one primary building we illustrate it in two ways, a front facade view and a floor plan view. Presenting these two illustrations as one gives the overall feeling of the building shape and style to the prospective room booker.

This illustrative map was completed for Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa in Orlando, Florida. This property is a resort style property having many buildings. To show all of the various buildings and proximity to each other in their environment we used the 'birds eye view' illustrative.

Maps are taken from the hotel or if not available we sketch out our own to give to our illustrators who then interpret them.
